Your tasks

    • Technical contact person for the areas of structure, user and competence management and their administration and technical implementation
    • Ensuring the valid and correct structural organization of the bank in accordance with UHB in the core banking system 
    • Conception, coordination and further development of the structure, user and competence management in the core banking system 
    • Responsibility for technically correct mapping in the core banking system, taking into account the regulatory requirements (including identification, evaluation and avoidance of regulatory separation of function conflicts and application of the minimal principle) 
    • Administration and monitoring of IST-IT authorizations and access 
    • Supporting the technical and application-related aspects of testing, operating and improving assigned applications 
    • Examining operational requirements, problems and opportunities and developing solutions and improvements

This is what excites us about you:

    • Degree in (business) informatics or a related discipline; alternatively completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience in the relevant area (e.g. identity and access management)
    • Professional experience in a similar position or experience in user, competence, authorization management as well as identity management / role-based access control
    • Knowledge of the entire service lifecycle (strategy, design, transition, operations, continuous service improvement) 
    • Service management certification (e.g. ITIL Foundations) is an advantage 
    • Hands-on mentality, a high degree of initiative as well as empathy and the ability to work in a team
